Secretarial services include preparation and filings of all forms and documents required by the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) such as filing of Share Allotment, filing of particulars of Directors, Managers and Managing Agents and of any changes therein, holding of statutory meeting, filing of annual return, filing of change of registered address of the Company, filing of transfer of shares of the Company, etc. in compliance with the provisions of the Myanmar Companies Law.
