Proposal for Private-Public Partnerships
As per the provisions in Myanmar president office’s directive no. 2/2018 (“directive”) and Notification No. 1/2020 of Public-Private Partnership Center (PPP Center) of Ministry of Planning, Finance and Industry (“notification”), the type of application falls under “unsolicited proposal” requiring the client to submit a business case to the Lessor Ministry, and subsequent application to Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC) for investment permit/ endorsement.

Scope
Consultation
Consultation and assistance in formulating the best possible strategy for proposed investment structure.
Preparation
Preparation of documents required in the proposal (detailed checklist to be shared upon request)
Compilation
Assistance in reviewing documents prepared by the client or other consultants for consistency and agreement among documents.
Submission process
Submission of the proposal/application to the Lessor Ministry and MIC.
