Investments in Myanmar are subject to obtaining\u00a0 key approvals and related licenses.\u00a0 Investment permit\/ endorsement under Myanmar Investment Law is one of the key permits especially for foreign companies that are restricted from entering into lease agreement more than a year without investment permit\/ endorsement.<\/p>\n

Myanmar Investment Law allows incentives and administrative support for other related approvals and licenses.<\/p>\n
