Company Registration and related services<\/h5>\n

Comprehensive service for company registration online and maintaining offline records (i.e. directors\u2019\/members\u2019 registers including Board of Directors\u2019 resolutions and consent letters, signed and duly stamped share certificates, etc.) to be kept at the company pursuant to Myanmar Companies Law.<\/span><\/p>\n

Setting up entities under the Myanmar Companies Law<\/strong><\/p>\n

Whether it is subject to requirements of permits and other licenses or not, an entity shall be registered for business activities in Myanmar.<\/p>\n

Registration of overseas corporation is also compulsory under section 43 (a) of the Myanmar Companies Law.<\/p>\n

Companies that may be incorporated and registered<\/strong><\/p>\n

(a) a company limited by shares, which may be either:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. a private company which may have no more than 50 members (not including persons who are in the employment of the company); or<\/li>\n
  2. a public company which may have any number of members;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    (b) a company limited by guarantee which may have any number of members; and
    (c) an unlimited company which may have any number of members.<\/p>\n

    Other corporations that may be registered under this Law<\/strong><\/p>\n

    (a) a business association;
    (b) an overseas corporation;
    (c) any other corporation which is entitled to register as a company by this Law or any other\u00a0applicable law; and
    (d) such other entities as may be prescribed by the Union Minister from time to time.<\/p>\n
